Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth for our SEO agency. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and consultative selling. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and SEO teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of potential clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online sources.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, their needs, and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through personalized outreach, follow-ups, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the agency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the agency's services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing, advertising, or SEO industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO strategies, and online advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a strong sales aptitude and a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role where you successfully managed and grew client accounts.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
