Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive who can communicate fluently in English and effectively engage with school management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to convert potential leads into loyal clients and contribute to the overall growth of School Dekho.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with school management teams.
• Identify potential schools and present our services effectively to decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of partnering with School Dekho.
• Negotiate agreements and close deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare reports on client interactions and progress in meeting business objectives.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
• Familiarity with the education industry will be an added advantage.
