- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (throughout English medium education is required).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work during night hours as required.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to showcase company products and services.
- Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel to track and analyze business development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Proactively identify new business leads and potential partnerships.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the company\'s presence in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
