• Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.

• Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to comprehend their needs and offer customized solutions.

• Sales Strategy: Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet company targets and broaden the customer base.

• Negotiation: Managing negotiations and finalizing deals with clients to achieve revenue objectives.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Experience: Typically, 2 - 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion capabilities

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• *Minimum 1-year experience in sanitaryware sales with OEM/Distributor/E-commerce companies.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and buyers.

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and thrive in a target-driven atmosphere.
