: Business Development Executive Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers within designated territories. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through direct face-to-face interactions. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and persuasive skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generating leads through various means such as attending events, fairs, online & offline networking and various other lead generation activities. 2. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. 3. Understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction. 4. Conducting compelling sales presentations to engage and persuade potential customers. 5. Achieving sales closures and obtaining orders through effective follow-ups. 6. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and personalized interactions. 7. Setting individual sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives. 8. Working towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets on a regular basis. 9. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems or other designated tools. 10. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 11. Reporting to the Sales Manager. Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the Edtech Industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Delhi work from home
