Job Description


\' Proactively seek/identify prospective clients in the target market by collaborating closely with the leadership team to develop and execute effective business development strategies. \' Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, and hiring managers. \' Acquiring new clients through Direct Contact, Networks, Market Research, Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn, Cold calls, Email Marketing, and Campaigns. \' Drive the full sales cycle - prospecting, initial contact to contract negotiation and successful onboarding. \' Achieve quarterly milestones, close sales, and meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. \' Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and achievements by maintaining a database with all information on the prospective clients and pipeline. \' Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company. \' Bringing new business leads by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions. \' Negotiate and offer competitive/attractive prices to clients to sell our services prices. \' Reviewing clients\' feedback and implementing necessary changes. \' Be focused on market trends in consumption to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
