CFCICI ( The Central financial credit and investment co-operative India Ltd) is a multi-state Credit Co-operative Society, registered under the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Govt of India. Currently, our operations span across Kerala and Karnataka states, with nearly 250 customer facilitation centres manned by a 1500 strong work force serving more than 150,000 loyal customer base which is only growing at a rapid pace.
CFCICI started its operations in March 2010 in Kerala and Karnataka.
Our technology driven operations are supported by FIS ( Fidelity Information Services), our core banking solution which is used by financial institutions in over 140 countries.

We have, through rigorous systems in place, managed to contain our NPA at 0.79%, which is negligible when compared with the industry average.
Better interest rate on FD is one of our key features. For 1 year to 3 year plan we provide 11% interest and 11.5 % for senior citizens. Interest earnings can be credited monthly, quarterly or yearly.
We provide small value loans and 99% of our borrowers are women. Small value loans enable women to become entrepreneurs and be self-reliant which is in consonance with the national vision for financial inclusion.
One of our subsidiaries is The Central Bazaar which is a chain of retail concept super markets. This was started basically for the benefit of the society members and it has now grown to 47 super markets across Kerala within a short span of 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
CFCICI, SR. BDE/ BDE, Liability Channel
In addition to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, SR.BDE/ BDE, position will involve the duties set out below:
Achieving sales targets on timely basis, attend sales reviews, prepare to meet financial
objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing sales strategy plan and ensuring productivity, maintaining work quality, identifying trends; be updated of competitive companies.
Maintains and expands customer base and conducts client meetings to build and maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities, customer- service standards; resolving problems; Implement proper and recommended customer service and regular follow-ups.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Support in brand promotion, marketing and related activities for enhancement of business.
