Giving information on the Working abroad opportunities: 1-2-1, Tele counselling, Video counselling. Overseas Education Counseling, Explaining Universities, Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in Give Excellent Convincing Presentation to convert Walk-in to Client Doing - One-to-One Counseling, Video Counseling, Tele Counseling Establish and maintain relationship with every potential Prospect Lead Generation Activities - Calling, Mass Mailing, Mass SMS, Mass WAM etc., Follow up on enquiries received Follow up on appointments fixed Follow up with Prospects (before counselling) Follow up with Leads (after counselling) Updating Knowledge to provide better information to the prospects.
