Susthiti HealthCare Private Limited- OPD Clinic | Diagnostics | Tele Health [a new start up company at Kolkata] We are seeking application for the post of "Business Development Executive" from candidates preferably having work experience in healthcare industry, who are willing to take the assigned responsibilities and having required skill as detailed below:- Responsibilities: 1) Meeting doctors for association, affiliation and tie-ups for:- (a) engaging/appointing doctors for our Clinic(s) as consultant physician (b) engaging/appointing doctors for our tele-medicine services (c) engaging/appointing doctors for home call services 2) Present, promote and secure business partnerships with the doctors/medical service providers/medical facilities for referrals and other business opportunities 3) Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship with doctors/medical service providers/medical facilities 4) Develop and execute plans and programs for improving patient footfalls at Clinic and also execute different promotional plans and other sales techniques for promotion of the company business 5) Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Requirements and Skills: 1) Experience in healthcare industry in Sales/Business Development preferred 2) Good selling, negotiation and communication skills 3) Basic computer skills 4) Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills and ability to meet targets 5) Relationship management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
