This role involves identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our services to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce our services.Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches tailored to the needs and interests of potential clients.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing documentation.
