Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-4 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for engaging with leads and prospects through various outreach campaigns, working closely with the Marketing team to generate inbound demand, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential leads and prospects to expand the sales pipeline.
• Utilize outreach campaigns including emails, social media, cold calls, and other methods to connect with potential clients.
• Efficiently manage and maintain the sales pipeline through CRM tools to track progress and follow up on leads.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set objectives.
• Target the European market, understanding the specific needs and challenges of this region.
• Previous experience in IT Services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related role.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Exposure in International market, specifically in Europe region.
• Experience with outreach campaigns (emails, social media, cold calls, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing the sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
