This is a dynamic role that combines both onsite and offsite activities to drive sales and revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and connect with architects, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry to generate inquiries and leads for our products and services. Onsite and Offsite Activities: Perform both onsite and offsite sales activities to effectively cover a broad range of potential customers. Onsite activities involve visiting construction sites, while offsite activities include meetings, presentations, and networking events. Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and generate leads within the construction industry, with a focus on high-quality prospects that align with the company\'s target market. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to gain their trust and preference for Sharda Granite and Marble. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
