Quotation preparation against the customer Input data.
Quotation Feedback Alarm to be indicated every 3 days / Track.
Daily Sales Update as per Management requested format ( Day wise basic Sales Output ) - MIS
Invoice accountability and follow with Customer to get GRN details.
GRN Against payment follow up / As per Due date.
Regular Order follow up with Customers to improve existing business.
New Product development parts tracking with internal team and update.
Handling Customer urgent requirements during the absence of senior.
Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
Identify and Monitor the business development in Indiamart buy leads. ( Regular searching , Tenders )
Identify ICF, MCF & RCF open tenders once a week
Cold call order (Contact reference - senior's reference) follow and update.
Daily basic work task completion to meet sales Plan.
Technical support and coordination with the technical team to meet the client requirement.
Vendor creation document to follow up and update until register.
Follow up with the Customer Sourcing person for appointment.
Analysis: Sales vs. Actual (To highlight major issues in price and term).
To identify the VA / VE activities Plan.
Identify and monitor price with supplier (Outsource Parts)
Basic AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint work.
