The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the full business development cycle, from client engagement to billing, in the e-waste management sector. This role involves market research, client relationship management, proposal development, and overseeing project execution to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute e-waste management projects.
• Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Participate in industry events to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the e-waste management industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ready to travel in field and meet clients.
