Job Description


To plan andexecute account-based outreach strategy driving demand generation goals around sales pipeline growth and accelerating pipeline velocity by leveraging. Account Based led 1:1 outbound outreach tactics in connecting & engaging in conversations with theright stakeholders in an account to qualify them into a SQO (Sales Qualied Opportunity) . Support Pipeline Acceleration through accountmapping, intelligence & activation campaigns propelling pipeline velocity. Responsibilities : Plan andexecute Outbound Calling & follow-up based on Account Engagementintelligence to set up a meeting with the right stakeholder. Set up &drive rst meeting with the prospect on aiding discovery of needs, educating onsolution benets and facilitating transfer of account ownership to Sales inalignment with Account Qualication Criteria (into an SQO). Create Value Proposition & Pitch in alignment with the ICPs ( Ideal Customer Prole ) in the Target Accounts. Build,continuously iterate and execute on 1:1 Outreach playbook leveraging email,calling, LinkedIn etc. based on the ICP s in each Account to meaningfullyengage with the right stakeholders. Stay informedabout industry trends- keep up to date with industry trends, competitoractivities, and emerging technologies in the sales and marketing space. Sharerelevant insights with the team to enhance sales effectiveness. Consistentlystrive for personal and team success. Skills & experience: Provenexperience of 2 years to 5 years as an SDR/BDR or in a similar sales role,preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. Experience incold calling clients in North America or EMEA. Excellentverbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects effectivelyand articulate the value of Pando. A passion forsales and a drive to exceed targets. Ability tohandle rejection and persist in pursuing leads. Comfortable orwillingness to learn sales software and tools, including CRM systems (e.g.,Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
