Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers to understand their old home sale need, new home purchase need and explain Homexchange product and process
- Build and maintain relationship with customers through constant engagement right from initial stage after lead generation
- Handhold customers throughout the journey of existing home sale and new home purchase
- Responsible for maintaining MIS and closely work for preparation of final work Report
- Coordinate and liaise with all internal stakeholders to fulfil customer requirements during the course of engagement
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers and resolve customer issues if any
- At least 2 years of experience in pre or post sales in Real Estate sector at an Developer projects/ Home Finance Company and ideally interfacing with consumers
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage to multi-task
