Our team is passionate about driving growth and creating sustainable business opportunities.TasksProspect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.Sales Meetings: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services, understand their needs, and propose customized solutions.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from the field to inform business strategy and sales approach.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and optimize customer experience.Requirements
