OVERVIEW

The Business Development Associate at Framed Productions focuses on expanding present client base, increasing revenue streams, and fostering strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of relationship-building, market analysis, and sales acumen to ensure Framed Productions maintains a competitive edge in the photography and videography industry.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Client Base Expansion & Revenue Stream diversification-

Expanding our client base is central to this role. proactively seek new client segments and untapped markets. Focus on developing diverse revenue streams to sustain Framed Productions' growth. This could involve expanding into service packages, product collaborations, retainer-based arrangements for brands, or crosspromotional deals. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, market analysis, and creativity to craft and promote these offerings. By identifying opportunities for upselling, package customization, and repeat engagements, you would contribute to a more robust and scalable revenue model.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Forming partnerships with complementary businesses--such as decorators for set design, venues & locations for photoshoots, alliances with other vendors critical to a business is essential for boosting Framed Productions' visibility and client acquisition potential. You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with these partners, identifying mutually beneficial arrangements, and negotiating terms that align with our long-term objectives.

3. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy: Staying ahead of the competition in the photography and videography industry is crucial. The Business Development Manager will continuously monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and client preferences, using data insights to adapt Framed Productions' offerings. This role demands strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret client feedback, CRM data, and market shifts to drive informed decisions. The manager will create strategies that align with current trends and anticipate emerging ones, ensuring that Framed Productions consistently resonates with its audience and evolves with industry demands.

4. Relationship Building & Client Retention: Building and nurturing client relationships is at the core of Framed Productions' ethos. The Business Development Manager will adopt a client-centric approach, ensuring each client's experience with Framed Productions is seamless, personalized, and memorable. By managing client expectations, conducting regular follow-ups, and gathering feedback, the manager will foster long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.

5. Brand Positioning and Market Presence: This will include working closely with the marketing team to establish a strong, consistent brand voice, launching campaigns that showcase the brand's unique storytelling approach, and participating in relevant industry events or conferences. By enhancing Framed Productions' presence both online and offline, this role will help establish the company as the go-to provider for meaningful, high-quality visual storytelling in both the social celebration and brand-oriented sectors.

Essential Skill Sets

Sales & Relation Building: Strong foundational skills in client communication, with the ability to build relationships and engage potential clients professionally

Technology and softwares to Familiarity with CRM software and digital outreach platforms to manage leads, automate follow-ups, and maintain records of all client interactions.

Market Research & Analysis: Basic research skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data from tools like Google Analytics to inform outreach strategies and identify opportunities.

Proposal & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating visually engaging presentations and proposals, with experience using Canva, Adobe Spark, or PowerPoint.

Organization & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
