We are now looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in connecting prospective candidates with the courses that best align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with prospective candidates to understand their career objectives, existing skill sets, and educational background.
• Build meaningful relationships with leads, establishing trust and interest in our offerings.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of each candidate's qualifications, experiences, and aspirations to identify suitable technical courses.
• Present Careerpedia's offerings, with a focus on how specific courses align with candidate needs.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to recommend additional or advanced courses that add value to the candidate's learning journey.
• Oversee the payment process for candidate enrollment, ensuring timely fee disbursement.
• Manage and optimize the lead pipeline to improve conversion rates and support the team's growth objectives.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the necessary resources and support for a successful start.
• Act as a point of contact to address any initial questions or issues and ensure a smooth integration into the learning program.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role within the education technology sector.
• Strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and an analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with technical courses and their applications in various career paths.
• Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
