Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate at Careerpedia, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying Opportunities:
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
2.Customer Engagement:
• Contact potential customers to introduce and showcase Careerpedia's products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
3.Negotiation:
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
4. Sales Activities :
• Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
5. Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback from customers to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Qualifications:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM).
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
