The Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's software solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding the client base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Analyse competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and coordinated efforts.
Proposal Development:

• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the company's software solutions.
• Customize proposals based on client requirements.
Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Work towards closing deals and securing contracts.
Pipeline Management:

• Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the entire sales process.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest developments in IT software solutions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and how they can address client needs.
Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
----------------------------
• Identify and develop new prospects through internet research and prospecting techniques. This position will be responsible for working remotely across globe including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc.
• Online Bidding portal on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc. Generating business through lead generation, online bidding on online portals like Up work, GURU, Freelancer, email marketing or campaigns, social media and other creative methods.
• Engage with leads through chat, phone, Skype, email and any other online mode to create interest in company services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively with members of organizational boards, colleagues, business partners, prospects, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver service presentations including high-level overviews
• Understand customer's business needs, and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT/software industry.
• Strong understanding of IT software solutions and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
