Hiring for Business Development Associate
Working days: 6 days
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Locations: Bangalore & Chennai (Office-based role)
Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days are preferred
Role Overview:
• Sales & Market Insight: Understand the tech learning product space and drive sales.
• Sales Counseling: Help professionals and graduates improve their careers through effective sales techniques.
• Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to program enrollment, ensuring targets are met and CRM data is accurate.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Feedback Loop: Share market insights to improve sales strategies.
Who We Are Looking For:
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience (EdTech experience is a plus, but not required).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer understanding and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Tech-savvy or eager to learn about technology.
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
