Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote Photonic System's products and services.
• Design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating leads and increasing brand visibility within the B2B sector.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
• B2B Sales:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead conversion efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
• Telemarketing:
• Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospects, ensuring effective follow-up and lead nurturing.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products and services to prospective clients.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the manufacturing industry.
• Analyze customer needs and feedback to tailor marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales activities, and lead generation metrics for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B sales and telemarketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign management, and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Proficiency in telemarketing practices and tools.
• Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
