Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving the team towards achieving targets through effective guidance and support. This includes conducting product training, facilitating knowledge sharing, and helping the team generate and qualify leads. The role focuses on coaching the team to engage and respond to customers effectively, sharing strategies to encourage customer responses, and developing skills to uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Provision & Development: Provide leads and guide the team in sourcing additional opportunities within target segments.
• Customer Engagement: Train the team in effective customer outreach, response techniques, and tactics to drive customer interaction and interest.
• Business Development: Equip the team to identify relevant cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• SOP & Compliance: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in operations.
• MIS & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry and regular reporting for tracking performance and improvements.
• Team Motivation & Target Focus: Foster a supportive environment, set clear targets, and keep the team motivated towards goal achievement.

Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills are essential. Should be from product based company
