Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
• Identify and meet with architects, interior designers, and project managers to introduce the company's product range.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present customized solutions to meet the specific requirements of architects and projects.
• Site Visits and Project Coordination
• Visit residential and hotel project sites to understand client needs and propose appropriate furnishing solutions.
• Coordinate with ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Act as a liaison between clients, architects, and the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Market Research and Lead Generation
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and key players in the furnishings industry.
• Develop and maintain a database of architects, developers, and project sites for regular follow-ups.
• Convert leads into long-term clients by effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
• Product Knowledge and Training
• Stay updated on the company's product portfolio, including new launches and key USPs.
• Educate architects and clients about the technical aspects, features, and benefits of the products.
• Reporting and Feedback
• Prepare and submit regular reports on client meetings, project progress, and sales targets.
• Provide market feedback to the management for improving product offerings and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in the furnishings or interiors industry.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Knowledge of architecture, design processes, and project timelines is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
