We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in sales and business development to gain valuable industry experience and enhance their career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, industries, and markets to pitch our products and services.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Actively participate in various marketing and business development activities to promote our products, including outreach campaigns, presentations, and networking events.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitor trends, providing insights for strategy development.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets and business growth objectives by proactively pursuing new business opportunities and closing sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduation in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and business development.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of business development and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary:

• ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
