Overview:

Astrosia Technologies is looking for dynamic, driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. If you have a passion for technology and B2B solutions, with strong lead generation and persuasion skills, this role could be the perfect fit for you. Candidates will undergo a 2-month mandatory training and internship program, which will culminate in a full-time job offer based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation : Research, identify, and engage with potential business leads.
• Persuasion & Negotiation : Communicate effectively to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
• B2B Sales : Understand and implement business-to-business (B2B) sales strategies, focusing on technology solutions.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Tech Acumen : Understand Astrosia's tech offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Client Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new relationships with prospective clients.
• Target Achievement : Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales in a B2B environment.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills .
• Good understanding of technology solutions and the IT sector .
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Self-motivated , proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Internship & Training Program:

• Duration : 2 months (mandatory).
• Stipend : ?10,000 INR (Only upon fulfilling the conditions of the internship).
• Conditions :
• Active participation in all training modules.
• 90% Attendance (Monday to Friday ,10AM-6PM)
• Completion of lead generation tasks and meeting basic performance criteria.

Job Offer Categories (Based on Internship Performance):

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be evaluated and placed in one of the following categories with corresponding pay scales(Cost to Company):

• Category A : ?9.6 LPA
• Category B : ?6.0 LPA
• Category C : ?4.8 LPA

Legal Terms & Conditions:

• Bond Requirement : You will be required to sign a bond for a minimum duration of 1 year upon accepting the job offer.
• Bond Repayment : In case you choose to leave after 50% of the first training module (First 2 days) is completed , you will be liable to repay the bond amount.
• Job Offer : A job offer will only be extended upon the successful completion of the internship and fulfillment of the criteria for any of the three job categories.
• Stipend Disbursement : The internship stipend will be disbursed only if all basic performance and participation criteria are met during the internship.
