The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing profit centers across various industry sectors, including large enterprises, mid-sized enterprises, and small businesses. You will be instrumental in enhancing productivity and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client management.Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and effectively convert them into profitable clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Handle deal negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and driving profitability through contract staffing and staffing sales.
  • Staffing Solutions: Manage the entire staffing lifecycle, including IT staffing, staff augmentation, and contract staffing, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Profit Center Management: Oversee and optimize profit centers to ensure productivity, efficiency, and return on investment across different business units and sectors.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with other teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure client requirements are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, particularly in IT staffing sales, contract staffing, and staff augmentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate business ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development principles, lead generation, sales cycles, and client relationship management.
  • Note: This position does not involve recruiting or pursuing candidates directly.
