Key Responsibilities :
• Prospecting & Lead Generation :
• Identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking.
• Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target market and strategic goals.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Conduct presentations and product demos to showcase the company's products or services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Market Research & Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, industries, and target segments.
• Analyze competitor offerings and suggest strategies for differentiation.
• Sales Pipeline Management :
• Manage the sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of all opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and forecasts.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination :
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
• Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials, such as presentations and proposals.
• Reporting & Documentation :
• Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
