We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team. You will work closely with the founders to support the company's growth strategies and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist founders and managers in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients or partners.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients or partners through regular communication and networking efforts.
• Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with founders and managers to develop and execute strategic plans for growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in business development.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the business development team.

Applicant Preferences

• Must be a graduate.
• Minimum 3-6 months experience in customer engagement, business development, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Digital industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
