Responsibilities:
• Call prospective leads to engage and assess their interest in online UG and PG programs.
• Educate students about the benefits and opportunities of online UG and PG programs offered in India.
• Explain the Indian Edu Hub Membership Program, highlighting its features and advantages for students.
• Provide comprehensive details about the selected universities, including program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
• Maintain and achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion, student consultations, and enrollments.
• Conduct online consultations with prospective students to assess their academic goals, interests, and preferences.
• Provide personalized guidance to students on college options, admission requirements, application procedures, and financial aid opportunities.
• Utilize our Automated College Suggestion Platform to match students with suitable educational institutions based on their profiles and preferences.
• Assist students in completing online applications, submitting required documents, and meeting application deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with students via email, phone, or video conferencing to address their questions and concerns throughout the admissions process.
• Collaborate with college admissions offices to streamline the application review and decision-making process.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in college admissions, financial aid, and higher education policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience required: 1-2 years of Experience.
• Previous experience in college admissions counselling, student advising, or a related role preferred.
• Language required: English + Malayalam or English + Telugu + Kannada
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using online platforms and digital tools for remote counselling and communication.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to students.
• Knowledge of college admissions processes, standardized testing, and financial aid resources is a plus.
