As a Business Development Associate for FAWELLE, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to expand our business reach, identify new opportunities, and foster partnerships within the entertainment industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute business development plans that align with our company\'s objectives and growth targets. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor strategies within the entertainment industry.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key fashion designers and exhibitors, including talent agencies, production companies, distributors, and content creators.
- Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations and structuring of partnerships, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company\'s objectives and long-term vision.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, content development, and legal, to execute business initiatives effectively.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations for future initiatives.
