As a Business Development Associate at Adirekha Ayurveda, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective business development strategies. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with strong sales skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Qualification - Degree in Business, marketing or related field

Job Responsibilities-

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to provide updates on business development activities and outcomes.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Effectively present our comprehensive range of programs and offerings to prospects.
• Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions

Job Requirements -

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
