Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and other methods.
• Client Outreach : Connect with leads via calls, emails, or social media to introduce company products/services.
• Presentations and Meetings : Schedule and conduct product/service presentations or meetings with prospective clients.
• Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Sales Target Achievement : Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends and gather insights to identify new opportunities.
• Proposal Preparation : Create and present customized proposals to clients based on their needs.
• Follow-Ups : Regularly follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
• Database Management : Maintain and update records of all client interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
• Candidates from Ernakulam or willing to relocate to Ernakulam preferred.
• Should be willing to travel
