Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

Fixail Care, an LG Authorized Service Center in Koduvally, Calicut, is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. This role focuses on selling LG accessories and extended warranties to LG customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets and earn commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell LG accessories and extended warranties to customers visiting the service center.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with LG customers to enhance sales opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.

- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries regarding LG accessories and extended warranties.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of LG products and services.

- Track and report sales performance to management regularly.

- Collaborate with the service center team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
