Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:
• Client Acquisition and Growth
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Convert leads into long-term business relationships that contribute to the company's growth.
• Lead Management
Effectively manage both inbound and outbound leads. Follow-up consistently to nurture leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Client Meetings & Presentations
Conduct meetings with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs. This includes both virtual meetings and on-site visits.
• Market Research & Industry Insight
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to help the team create effective business development strategies.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management
Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and build long-term partnerships.
Skills and Qualifications
• 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to engage clients and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, influencing their decisions and ensuring positive outcomes.
• A results-driven individual with a passion for business development and achieving sales targets.
• The ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Comfortable with conducting on-site client visits as needed and representing the company in person.
• A basic understanding of industry trends and market dynamics is a plus, helping you anticipate and respond to client needs effectively.
