Business Development Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth and expand our presence in the agrimation sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the agricultural industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or the agritech/agrimation sector.
• Strong understanding of agricultural automation and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
