Business Development Associate
Job Description
• Respond to clients Queries. (orders, dispatch of goods, complaints)
• Talk to leads and convert them to customers
• Coordinating product deliveries from manufacturers to warehouses or directly to customers.
• Fixing customer problems
• Should Know to use Basic Excel.
• Coordinating with customers through instant messaging on a business's website or mobile app.
• Language - Hindi, Kannada, English, Telgu, Tamil
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
