We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate , contributing to the growth and success of our aerospace ventures.

Responsibilities: As a Business Development Associate in the Aerospace Sector at Lycan Aerospace, you will be at the

forefront of our expansion efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

1) Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the aerospace sector.

2) Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts.

3) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

4) Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for aerospace projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

5) Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business development targets in the aerospace sector.

6) Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineers, project managers, andexecutives, to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

A) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

B) Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the aerospace sector.

C) Strong understanding of aerospace technologies, industry trends, and regulatory

requirements.

D) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

E) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

F) Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
