Job Description

Scope of work (Roles & Responsibilities):

1 Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

2 Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

3 Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

4 Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

5 Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

6 Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

7 Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

8 Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

9 Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

10 Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

11 Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

12 Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents asrequired.

13 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

14 Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

15 Collaborating with the respective Social Media & Marketing Team to ensure that StudyMEDIC's

marketing materials reaching to its targeted students & to generate leads, circulate the course / products

flyers via CRM, WhatsApp & other Social Medias managed by StudyMEDIC.

16 StudyMEDIC's Sales & Post Sales Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) shall be adhered at all times.

17 Once the prospective leads are generated through any of the source such as Web chat, WhatsApp, CRM /

Social Medias (FB / Telegram / Instagram / LinkedIn / YouTube) / Free Orientations, employee shall establish

contacts (direct calls & if not attended chats) within 03:00 Hrs. and strive to convert those calls to sales.

18 Answering prospective leads questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant as needed.

19 Necessary follow up shall be done with the students to join them into the course / subscribe the course

product.

20 Informing to the Line Manager regard to the possible product improvements and changes to ensure that

StudyMEDIC Courses / products meet current market needs.

21 With the close coordination of "Sales & Marketing Team", achieve the set target of required number of

students for each batch.

22 With the close coordination of "Sales & Marketing Team", achieve the monthly KPI for the courses /

products sale set by Sales Manager.

23 Responsible to daily update / manage the CRM for all the enquiries with the current status. Also update

StudyMEDIC student's exam result status into CRM in coordination with Mentors / Operation Staffs.

24 Ensure all the paid candidates shall be sent out an official welcome e-mail within 03 Hours, after they

checked out.

25 Ensure all the paid candidates shall be added into telegram paid group 7-10 days before the 01st

introductory session & they shall be intimate once they added into the paid group.

26 Ensure the paid students shall be properly oriented what to do after their payment process such as

submission of Course / Product enrollment form, "My Account Access" for new students, Library & Google

Drive Access shall be provided to candidates after confirming with Sales Head.

27 Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled student appointments, and complaints.

28 Informing to the Line Manager regard to competitors' business strategy to determine course features,

benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

29 Responsible to prepare the weekly sales report & submit to Line Manager for trend analysis.

30 Responsible to invite leads to understand with our library set up & conduct a live library walkthrough

with the leads before payment if requested.

31 Responsible to attend the free orientation session to gather leads as assigned by Line Manager.

32 Responsible to schedule course introductory session by mentors with the positive leads as and when

required.

33 All the paid students shall be contacted 48 Hrs. before the introductory session.

34 Responsible to coordinate partially paid students to recover the remaining amounts as per the details

shared by Finance & Accounting Team.

35 Responsible for the post sale supports /onboarding process in 03 Hours of time after receiving sales

notification & acknowledgement (screen shots) to be collected that the student accessed the right course

library / product.

36 An email shall be generated 24Hrs before revoking paid students access (Course / products) to remind

them to renewal process if required.

37 Responsible to ensure adequate marketing of assigned courses / products as per the marketing

calendar & if any deviation to be notified to Line Manager on the same day.

38 Responsible to coordinate with the open / expired payment links issued to students & its follow ups on a

daily basis to convert into business.

39 Responsible to coordinate with the installment / due payment candidates for the payments. Following up

of leads & ex-students for the next announces courses.

40 Responsible to coordinate with Finance & Accounting Team to get the payment link by providing all the

required information's demanded them.

41 Responsible to follow the instruction assigned by Line Manager for the smooth operation ofStudyMEDIC.
