Job Overview : The Strategic Executive for Tie-ups is responsible for driving the development and management of strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the organization's market position, achieve growth objectives, and foster innovation. This role requires a dynamic professional capable of identifying and cultivating relationships with key partners across various industries.
Key Responsibility:
Partnership Development:
Identify potential partners that align with the organization's strategic goals and business objectives.
Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities based on their potential impact on business growth.
Negotiation & Dealing:
Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring the development of mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize partnership deals.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with the organization's goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Cross function Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to integrate partnership initiatives seamlessly.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with overall business strategies.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing detailed reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in strategic business development and forming successful partnerships.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
