Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

- Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients

- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies

- Analyze sales data and market feedback to optimize business development strategies

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in business development and lead generation

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
