Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within target markets.

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed and competitive.

2) Lead Generation & Sales Management:

Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, social selling, and networking.

Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance, training, and support.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

3) Strategic Partnerships and Business Development:

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with the company's business objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients and partners.

Conduct due diligence on potential partners and evaluate the viability of partnerships.

4) Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.

5) Additional Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
• Willing to work in a single organisation for a long term.
• Educational qualification in Marketing or Sales.
• Posses knowledge of digital marketing, 360 marketing, outdoor advertising, website development basics, and branding.
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday : 9:30am to 7:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
