Job Overview:The Business Development Executive - Software Sales will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our software solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in software sales.
Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
