Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and fostering growth for the company. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products or services to prospects, and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Gather and analyze data to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
Qualify leads and assess their suitability based on established criteria.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions or services to meet those needs.
Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries and concerns.

Sales and Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and key metrics for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
