Job Title: Hospital Relation Associate

Work Location : Spacetime Co-working, A-16, NH-19, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi, 110044. Walking distance from Sarita Vihar Metro Station.

Shift Days & Timings: 6 Days 10am-7pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell hospital products to healthcare facilities using soft sales techniques.

2. Insurance Tie-ups: Collaborate with insurance companies to establish and manage tie-ups with hospitals.

3. Contract Services: Negotiate and facilitate service contracts between hospitals and our organization.

4. Travel and Networking: Travel extensively across India to meet hospital representatives and build a strong network.

5. Product Implementation: Guide the process of product implementation and usage within hospital settings.

6. Research and Pipeline Development: Conduct research to identify potential hospital partners and develop a pipeline of opportunities.

7. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

8. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators and decision-makers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related fields).

- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in healthcare or insurance.

- Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel extensively.

- Work from office and Incentives after 3 months' probation.

- No daily Targets
