Working closely with the Directors and collaborating with various teams, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create effective strategies and proposals.- Participating in meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand the professional network and promote the company\'s services.- Providing regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.- Familiarizing yourself with the company\'s vision and mission, striving to accomplish set goals and objectives.- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.- Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.- Managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.- Identifying new business opportunities and potential partners.- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
