We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with event organizers through various channels and personal meetings, to onboard them onto our ticket booking platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential event organizers through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Outreach: Initiate contact with event organizers via calls, emails, and personal meetings to introduce our ticket booking platform and its benefits.
Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the features and advantages of our platform to potential clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive onboarding experience.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with event organizers to secure their participation on our platform.
Onboarding: Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are comfortable using our platform and have all the necessary resources and support.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or issues.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress with clients in the CRM system, and provide regular reports to the management team.
