Responsibilities Include: \xe2\xa6\x81 Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitch the right course as per their needs. \xe2\xa6\x81 Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives. \xe2\xa6\x81 Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers. \xe2\xa6\x81 Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. \xe2\xa6\x81 Should be maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM. \xe2\xa6\x81 Should have decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc. \xe2\xa6\x81 Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads. \xe2\xa6\x81 Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. \xe2\xa6\x81 Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/ organizational objectives. \xe2\xa6\x81 To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback. Skills Preferred: \xe2\xa6\x81 Excellent spoken and verbal skills \xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to persuade and negotiate \xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to work under stress \xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to work in a team \xe2\xa6\x81 Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation Location- Bangalore (Work from Office) " Number of working days- 6 " Compensation: For Both Interns and Full Time Employees: Kindly find the Package details for graduated candidates for Full time Employment 22000 In hand Fixed salary for Six Months @ this six months period you can earn the Performance Based Incentives up to 15000 per month Once you Completes your six months of training period the CTC will be 9, 00,000(Nine Lakh Rupees) In which 4,46,400 Fixed + 4,53,600 Performance Based Incentives = Total 900000 So that you can earn 37,200 Fixed + 37800 Performance Based Incentives = Total 75000 per Month Your First Month salary will be on Hold and will be issued along with your Fourth Month Salary You will receive your second and Third Month On Time but Only the 1st Month Will be Processed along with the 4th Month Salary this Is just For the Retention purpose as per the Company Norms Will be same For all the Employees (Interns + Full Time) Company Will provide leaves only for Final Examinations not for Internals and No Preparatory Leave Note: We are looking for Freshers only........
