By understanding the unique dynamics of homogeneous communities, we provide brands a targeted and effective way to connect with their audience.

We are currently expanding our sales team in the marketing vertical, and are on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and reach out to potential brands through diverse channels, including but not limited to cold calls, emails, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), and participation in relevant networking events.
• Conduct thorough research to analyze market trends and effectively target potential brand leads, keeping a keen eye on diverse mediums such as print, radio, and physical advertising.
• Negotiation:
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with brands to close deals that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure the effective alignment of customer requirements with our marketing services.

Brand Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective brands to ensure long-term satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for brands, promptly addressing inquiries, providing detailed information about our marketing services, and resolving issues.



Sales Targets:

• Set, track, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets related to onboarding brands and revenue generation.
• Regularly update the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts to the management team regarding brand onboarding and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of proven success in sales.
• MBA Prefered
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Additional Requirement:

• Candidates should be able to commute independently within the city for attending meetings. A good knowledge of the city's geography and driving proficiency is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Shift: Day shift

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)
• MBA (marketing +Operations)- Preferred.
